Below are the answers to some common questions and queries we get with the App. If you can not find an answer here, please feel free to complete the contact form.
1. My session didn't log. What happened?
From time to time a session may appear as though it has not logged. Do not stress, rest assured the session will be in our system and will appear after a couple of hours. If not, please reach out to [email protected].
2. How do streaks work?
Train for 20 minutes or more in a session on the days you have committed to exercise. Streaks reward consistency, not perfection, so the goal is simply showing up regularly. You can see your current streak at the top of the app at any time.
3. How do I earn and redeem points?
You earn points for completing sessions, taking part in challenges and community engagement. Head to the Rewards tab to see current offers and redeem your balance. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions page linked below.
4. My gym isn't on Zeal. Can I still use the app?
Absolutely. You will still be able to access the Global feed and rewards that are not unique to each host facility. If you'd like your gym to join, tell them about us or email us the gym's name and we'll reach out to them.
5. How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and its data directly in the app from your Profile settings. If you'd rather we handle it, email us from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
6. How is my data handled?
We collect only what we need to run Zeal, like your account details and session activity, and we handle it in line with Australian privacy law. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and you can contact us about your data at [email protected].
