RESPECTA commitment to join Zeal is a commitment to respect. Respect for each other, ourselves and the rules is paramount. The rules include Zeal’s Acceptable use Policy, Terms of Service and these Community Standards.
HEALTH & SAFETYStop and consider the risk of all activity before you start. Common sense is key. An incremental approach is always better. You won’t exercise at all if you injury yourself.If you are engaging in outdoor activity – focus - don’t be distracted by your device or anything else.Respect your body – rest and allow your body to recuperate – avoid injury and burnout.Be as private as you need to be for your own mental health. Control what you share on Zeal – use your privacy settings and controls. Zeal’s primary goal is for you to thrive. Telling us about it is optional.
HUMANITYBe kind. Be courteous to others. Say hello. Give high fives. Offer help. Pass on positive energy. Patience and care are inescapable human traits. Humans are one race – the human race.Be kind online. Generosity is contagious. We believe everyone should be able to participate on Zeal without fear of being themselves. Represent yourself authentically – that is what is what makes you…you!Trust others to do so as well. Take care of each other and treat everyone with empathy, respect, and kindness on our platform. Zeal will not tolerate bullying, ridiculing, shaming, harassing, personal attacks, or similar conduct in any form.Zeal supports robust discussion and debate, not insults and name calling. Whilst Zeal encourages strong resilience to being offended, and open discussion to resolve any such discourse, offensive content is not acceptable on Zeal. Resorting to personal attacks does not qualify as debate or discussion. It is simply out of order.Of course, there are those that may stray from these values for whatever reason. We created terms and standards to support an inclusive, safe, and welcoming space for active people to strive, and aim to keep Zeal accessible to the entire Zeal community provided they respect those rules. You can use our tools to block, flag or report content that violates our terms of service.
AUTHENTICITYCreate and post your own content. Zeal We support the original creators of content. Respect what they made and create your own great content. If you post media or other content that is not yours, know that it may be taken down in addition to other consequences you may face. INCLUSIVITYWhat does this mean? Respect all perspectives. You do not have to agree. That is what makes humanity interesting. Zeal is committed to actively creating and fostering inclusive environments where we respect all perspectives from our community. If you use Zeal, you understand that we welcome diverse viewpoints that don’t intentionally seek to cause harm or degrade another group or individual. We are committed to this, without exception.
THE ZEAL COMMUNITY IS AGAINST ALL FORMS OF HUMAN DISCRIMINATION At the core of Zeal’s philosophy is that all human beings are born equal, and share a common right to be respected as such. Zeal asks of its community that it does not engage in conduct or language that engenders the notion that another human or group of humans is not equivalent to all others.Discriminatory speech or conduct based on race, ethnicity, age, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, serious disease, disability, body type, or country of origin will be removed. Zeal may suspend or terminate the accounts of anyone who engages in such conduct or speech.

Integrity in the Zeal community is foundational.Zeal supports fair play and clean competition online and in real life. If your activity is outdoors respect the environment. Respect private property and don’t be a nuisance.Don’t be spammy. Do not post or comment in an unsolicited or repetitive manner to get attention, gain more followers, or encourage inauthentic interactions. Instead, enhance your Zeal experience and build your community by striving to hit your goals and by being the best you can be.
